Dr. Gordon Hasick - President
Dr. Gordon Hasick has a diverse background in clinical chiropractic care, education, and television production with a focus on human development and enhanced wellness.
He began his private chiropractic practice in Calgary in 1980, and has been a board certified instructor for the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association since 1989. He also served as Chief Chiropractic Officer for the 1988 Olympic Winter Games in Calgary as well as Team Chiropractor for Team Canada Men’s Volleyball Team.
As a chiropractor, his experience has been that the most beneficial approach in helping people create good health is to educate them not only about their physical health, but to also look at wellness from a holistic perspective. He believes the human journey offers a wide variety of opportunities that call us to adapt and change in order to maintain a healthy balance of inner peace, joy and fulfillment.
With that in mind, in 1993 Dr. Hasick established C-1 Film Production Corporation®, a company that uses the creative media of live workshops, television, video and audio programs to communicate wellness information. C-1 Films® distributes programs about hope and healing, and produces projects featuring success stories from those who have overcome significant challenges and have been able to thrive.
Dr. Hasick has also been a part of the faculty of Leadership Development at the Banff Centre since 2004 where he is part of a team that facilitates programs designed to build personal leadership with visions for an ideal and healthy future.

Dr. Sloane Hunter
Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Hunter pursued her studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in June 2003. There she studied the NUCCA spinal evaluation and correction procedures. Her chosen career in upper-cervical chiropractic fulfills her criteria of a meaningful profession; "I want to provide a corrective procedure that respects the body's innate potential to heal and be well, along with having an opportunity to educate and empower her patients to participate in their healing process, health maintenance and overall wellbeing. Chiropractic is just a natural extension of my lifestyle values and the positivity that I seek to express in my own life. I truly believe that healing and happiness starts from inside".
Prior to attending Palmer College, Dr. Hunter completed a Bachelor's degree in Active Living, Health and Wellbeing studies at University of Alberta, in the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation. She completed an internship at the Alberta Center for Health and Well-being that focused on health promotion and strength development for the older adult.
Dr. Hunter has been offering NUCCA spinal care to the city of Calgary since 2003 after she graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She became fully trained in the NUCCA spinal evaluation and corrective procedures before graduating Magna Cum Laude. She associated for eight years with her mentor/founding Alberta NUCCA Chiropractor, Dr. Gordon Hasick of Britannia Clinic and expanded her practice at Align Health & Wellness for nine additional years. In 2020, Dr. Hunter realized her dream of designing, building and opening our wellness-centered collaborative health clinic, Vibe Health & Spine.
She is actively involved in the challenging NUCCA certification program, and currently is Part 2 Certified in a three-part certification process. Dr. Hunter utilizes a collaborative approach to spinal care by working with other health professionals for the mutual benefit of the patient's complete wellbeing.
